Delete Pawnote Data

Pawnote lets users delete many records from inside the app without deleting their account. You can also contact us to request help deleting specific account or household data.

How to delete specific data

• In the Pawnote app, open the record you want to remove and use the available delete or remove action.
• Examples include notes, activity entries, pet records, photos, weight entries, vaccinations, vet appointments, medications, schedules, household resources, custom activities, and household members or invites where you have permission.
• If you cannot access the app or need help with a specific deletion request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Pawnote data deletion request". Please send the request from the email address connected to your Pawnote account, or include that account email so we can verify the request.

What data can be deleted

Depending on your account role and household permissions, deletion can cover app-managed pet care records, uploaded pet or proof photos, schedules, reminders, resources, household membership records, and other data you created or control in Pawnote.

What may be kept

If you keep your Pawnote account open, we keep the account information needed to provide the service, such as your login, profile, household access, subscription access, and security records. Pawnote is household-based, so shared household care history may remain available to other household members when needed for household continuity.

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain information as required by law, to process subscriptions handled by Google Play or RevenueCat, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Any retained data is kept to the minimum necessary.
