Delete Your Pawnote Account

Pawnote lets users request account deletion in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion from this page.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Pawnote account deletion request". Please send the request from the email address connected to your Pawnote account, or include that account email in your message so we can verify the account.

What happens next

• We will review the request and may ask for verification.
• Account deletion is scheduled, not immediate, and can currently be canceled before it finalizes within the app.
• After deletion finalizes, we delete or anonymize your personal account data and associated profile data.
• Pawnote is household-based. Shared household care history may remain available to other household members, with your attribution anonymized as "Deleted user" or similar.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Pawnote account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription in Google Play to avoid future charges.
